Our team has successfully completed the trial assembly of a 20-meter integrated communication shelter for a client in Morocco. The shelter's hydraulic lifting system has been rigorously tested and verified. Concurrently, all shelter modules have been fully assembled and are now equipped with batteries and power adapters, while the air conditioning system has been seamlessly integrated into the door panels.

Once all components are verified to meet strict quality inspection requirements, they will undergo the following surface finishing processes in sequence:

1. Hot-dip galvanizing – strictly in accordance with ASTM A123 / A123M (Standard Specification for Zinc Coatings on Iron and Steel Products).

2. Powder coating – surface preparation and application following ASTM D7803 (Standard Practice for Preparation of Zinc-Coated and Galvanized Steel Surfaces for Powder Coating).

3. Liquid painting – adhering to ASTM D6386 (Standard Practice for Preparation of Zinc-Coated and Galvanized Steel Surfaces for Painting).

All three coating processes are executed in full compliance with the respective ASTM standards to ensure maximum corrosion resistance, coating adhesion, and long-term durability for the communication shelter in harsh environments.
