Test Assembly and Operation of the 35m Cellular on Wheels Unit Destined for Eswatini
The accompanying image illustrates the trial assembly and operational testing of a custom-built 35-meter "Cell on Wheels" tower designed for a client in Swaziland. The support legs utilize a hydraulic system, while the tower section employs a winch mechanism to facilitate raising and lowering.
During the assembly process, we identified certain design flaws in the client's original specifications, which we subsequently rectified through re-welding and structural modifications. The tower section features a segmented red-and-white paint scheme; prior to crating for shipment, we will conduct a final inspection of the paintwork and perform any necessary touch-ups.
